Positive Impact
There will come a time along the path of awakening to our true nature that we begin to have a deeper “knowing’ness” that that which we are experiencing at a personal level is also a mirroring effect of what we are seeing in the outer world around us. The breaking down of systems in the world, when mirrored into our personal lives, can look like a great many things depending on where personal trauma lies. These seemingly “bad” things happening to us may come in the form of the breaking down of careers, relationships, belief systems, personal crises, past traumas, difficult emotions, and even physical discomfort, to name a few examples. As we bravely continue forward, we realize these “bad” things are tools our spirit is using to fully gain our attention to finally, fully heal our wounds and traumas. ALL of this is being done to help us, not hurt us. Spirit never wants to hurt us, despite how this may feel while we are going through these difficult situations. As these areas to heal are revealed to us we become emotionally, energetically and spiritually lighter. This shifting of our energetic bodies (i.e. – energetic signature, frequency or resonance) allows our bodies and our life circumstances to literally “ascend” to the highest expressions they can hold. Scientifically speaking, our energetic expressions create the electro-magnetic field that always surrounds us. Using a law of physics, this field interacts with all that we come in contact with, which means we literally affect the world around us. This is what is referred to as the ripple effect. Using this visual, we can see how working towards becoming our highest expression of ourselves can affect not only our lives, but all of those around us and everything around us. This ripple we are the origin of becomes so much more than just our personal worlds, we have the power to change our surroundings and ultimately, the world. We can begin to TRULY see what Gandhi meant when he said, “BE the change you want to see in the World” It all begins within us, this is how we change the world. This is who we really are, what power we hold and what we are here for. This is what we are remembering.

I am an Integrative Coach, which means I use a combination of healing modalities to achieve measurable and impactful results. These techniques may vary from ancient spiritual practices to scientifically proven methods we use today in modern society. Through years of research and implementation, I have found this combination of both science and spirituality to be the most effective way to achieve the integration of living in a spirit focused way in todays world. You need not know anything about spiritualality other than the call you have felt to be here. I will meet you where you are – because I too have been there. It is from this authentic place, from this natural resonance between the client and the teacher, that the “magic” of healing can occur.Although I have been working with clients for over 10 years, I officially received my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification in 2018 from IIN. IIN is the world’s largest and most respected nutrition and health coaching school and is recognized by the National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) IIN has lead the health coaching paradigm shift and has been the industry leader for over three decades.
