Saturday 2pm – 5pm (Maximum of 10 participants to allow for time/exercises to be most effective. $88 per person *includes the cost of materials you will receive*)

What to expect in this workshop -
Understanding the guidance we all have with us at all times and how to access this divine assistance at any time.
Diving deeper into the “clairs” and other extrasensory abilities.
Exercises to explore these extra sensory abilities; such as remote viewing, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience.
What is the “higher self” and how to be in alignment with this aspect of your being.
Creating “holy emotions” as a necessary tool when working with other energies outside of our own.
How to shift out of fear when experiencing these shifts of consciousness that can feel overwhelming and even scary.
What is psychic protection and why is it important to exercise this?
How to stand in your power and command your sovereignty in any and all situations.
What is discernment and how do we learn to listen to this?
Deciphering messages versus being the observer; when and how to know which applies to your experience.
Energy clearing techniques and tools that you can use anytime or anywhere.
Healing rituals that will open up your spirit to connect to these higher energies and aspects of yourself.
How to stay grounded when working with higher energetic frequencies.

I am an Integrative Coach, which means I use a combination of healing modalities to achieve measurable and impactful results. IIN is the world’s largest and most respected nutrition and health coaching school and is recognized by the National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) IIN has lead the health coaching paradigm shift and has been the industry leader for over three decades.
